BOARD CHANGES AND NEW CEO APPOINTMENT

Кyiv, Ukraine – AVANGARDCO INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LIMITED (LSE: AVGR) (the “Company” or “AVANGARDCO IPL”), the largest producer of shell eggs and egg products in Ukraine and number one producer in Europe, announces the following changes to the Board of Directors (the “Board”), with immediate effect. Oleg Bakhmatyuk, the Company’s founder, will become Chairman of the Board replacing Nataliya Vasylyuk, who will retake the position of Chief Executive Officer of AVANGARDCO IPL. She will remain on the Board of Directors.
