At the EGM, the Company will deliberate upon the following agenda:
- Approval of a share buy back program of the shares of the Company in the form of global depositary receipts (“GDRs”) in the open market;
- Authorization to the board of directors to subsequently implement the share buy back program;
- Miscellaneous.
