The Board of Directors of the Company is seeking the approval of shareholders to consider and vote upon:
- the reports of the Directors and auditors of the Company and the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2011;
- the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2011;
- the re-appointment of KPMG Limited, the auditors of the Company, and the authorization of the Directors to determine their remuneration.
