The Board of Directors of the Company together with the Shareholders:
- Approved the reports of the Directors and auditors of the Company and the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010;
- Approved the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010;
- Dismissed Baker Tilly Klitou & Partners Limited as the auditors of the Company;
- Appointed KPMG Limited as the new auditors of the Company.
