The Board of Directors of the Company is seeking approval of Shareholders to consider and vote upon:
- the reports of the Directors and auditors of the Company and the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010;
- the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010;
- the retiring of Baker Tilly Klitou & Partners Limited, the auditors of the Company;
- the appointment of KPMG Limited, the new auditors of the Company.
